The West Valley-Mission Federation of Teachers (WVMFT), AFT 6554 represents instructional faculty (full and part-time teaching credit and non-credit courses), counselors, and librarians employed by the West Valley-Mission Community College District. We negotiate labor agreements, enforce our contract, handle grievances and speak for the membership to the larger community.
