The West Valley-Mission Federation of Teachers, AFT 6554 is a union of educators. We represent all instructors, counselors, librarians, department chairs, and lab faculty specialists (see below) of the West Valley-Mission Community College District. We are affiliated with the statewide California Federation of Teachers (CFT) and the national American Federation of Teachers (AFT). We are also affiliated with the South Bay Labor Council (SBLC), a federation of 100 local labor unions in Santa Clara and Santa Benito Counties.
