ANONYMOUS Information in an Appraisal

The Faculty Union Contract states that "Anonymous letters or materials, excluding student survey data, will not be used in the [appraisal] process."

WVMFT has learned that Form F - Reassigned Time Faculty Appraisal Peer Survey does not have a place on the form for the respondents to identify themselves.  Any information provided on Form F that does not include the name of the respondent should be considered anonymous and not used in the evaluation of a faculty member's reassigned time. It is important that all parts of the contract be followed.

If you are being evaluated this semester for reassigned time, please monitor this issue and reach out to WVMFT if you have a concern about anonymous input being used for your appraisal evaluation.
